Bilic, Noble, Dicks OUT!

Bilic's track record over the last 20 + games is terrible. We played awful towards the end of last season and I think we should've finished much higher. I feel he's lost the dressing room.The team shows no passion, no pace, and very little energy.
Living in the usa we're lucky to see all premier league games, just watched Bournemouth beat Liverpool those guys just played outta their skin for Eddie Howe. Bilic is not a motivator just look at his body language He plays guys out of position on a regular basis. He has an overrated view of useless players like Tore, Zaza, Calleri, Havard, etc. Except for Fletcher he doesnt give our youth a chance ie: Oxford, Burke, Samuelsen,
I'm sorry Noble lovers but hes not doing the team any favors. He shows no pace, energy, creative skills, and lately hes shown no passion. He's been a good servant but his time is up. Regarding Dick's he needs to resign asap, we have skilled defenders but they seem to be lost out there. I hope Bilic is fired and we finally get a manager who understands that pace, energy, and passion is so important.

Get Curbs in as defensive coach / 'technical advisor' and it'd probably save our season.

I've never understood the Dicks appointment. He'll always be a legend and should walk away now.
I see Rio has offered his services as a defensive coach. I think that might be a good idea, bloke comes across well and clearly knows his defensive onions. Players would look up to him, which they probably don't with Dicks.

I've tried getting my dick out at games but it hasn't helped. In fact I'd say the atmosphere in the upper tier certainly got worse.

One of the blokes that is part of westhamtv has said a couple of times that Dicksie should be in the technical area instead of Bilic as he would 'sort 'em owt' one of the most bizarre uneducated things I've ever heard.
